The promoter of “Party Challenges” feature is Entain registered in Gibraltar under the number 112454 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.

T&C’s “PARTY CHALLENGES”:

1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1 “Party Challenges” is our in-house personalised challenge feature which delivers unique on-table Challenges (as defined below) and Rewards (as defined below) via the download partypoker poker client (the “Client”) and mobile app (the “app”).

1.2 All real money players with an active account on partypoker.com shall automatically be opted-in to participate in the “Party Challenges” feature (“Eligible Players”). Players may opt-out of the Party Challenges feature via the “table option” tab under the “table settings” section of the Client.

1.3 Once logged in to the Client, Eligible Players may have a chance to receive individual and personalised challenges (a “Challenge”) which require the Eligible Player to complete a set of specific tasks (each a “Mission”) which shall be shown on the “Party Challenges” tab in the bottom left hand corner of the gameplay screen (the “Party Challenges tab”). The granting of, and the type of Challenge granted, will be at partypoker’s discretion.

1.4 “Heads up” poker games are excluded from the “Party Challenges” feature. Any play by an Eligible Player on a “Heads up” game will not count towards completion of a Mission.

1.5 Once an Eligible Player completes a Challenge, the Eligible Player will be entitled to receive a Reward (as defined below).

1.6 Rewards shall be categorised as follows:

1.6.1 cash;

1.6.2 tournament dollars (“TDs”);

1.6.3 tournament ticket(s);

1.6.4 SPINS ticket; or

1.6.5 bonuses.

(each a “Reward” and together the “Rewards”)

1.7 Depending on the type of Challenge completed by an Eligible Player, they will be credited either one individual Reward, or a combination of multiple Rewards. The Rewards will vary in value depending on the type of Challenge completed.

1.8 The availability of the “Party Challenges” feature cannot be guaranteed and partypoker reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue “Party Challenges” and any Rewards at any time. Should partypoker amend, suspend or discontinue “Party Challenges” at any time, this will not affect any Challenges an Eligible Player is already in the process of completing, and no Rewards that have already been credited will be removed from an Eligible Player.

1.9 partypoker reserves the right to amend or discontinue any Challenge or reverse and remove any Reward or any benefits that are issued, and any winnings derived from those Rewards or benefits, where there has been a human error or technical fault with the Challenge or the crediting of Rewards or winnings.

1.10 By taking part in “Party Challenges”, you also agree to our (i) Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions; and (ii) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Challenges Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligible Players shall be presented with in-Client Challenges which will be displayed to an Eligible Player in the “Party Challenges” tab. The “Party Challenges” tab will set out details of each of the Missions that form part of the Challenge, and will include details of the Reward available on completion of the Challenge.

2.2 Challenges must be completed during the on-table gameplay, unless the specific Mission detail states otherwise (for example, where there is a requirement for a deposit, the Mission will not need to be completed during the on-table gameplay).

2.3 Challenges and Rewards shall be presented in USD ($) currency. For players using other currencies, our standard currency exchange terms as set out in the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.

2.4 When a Challenge is available, an Eligible Player can find full instructions on how to complete each Mission within the Challenge, and a link to these terms and conditions will be displayed in the “Party Challenges” tab.

2.5 Eligible Players will be able to see the progress they have made to complete a Challenge in the “Party Challenges” tab.

2.6 Eligible Players who successfully complete all of the required Missions, and thereby complete a Challenge shall be eligible to receive the Reward set out in the “Party Challenges” tab. Such Rewards will be subject to the terms and conditions set out below for each type of Reward.

2.7 Once a Challenge is completed an Eligible Player will be notified in the “Party Challenges” tab. Rewards must be accepted via the “Party Challenges” tab or under the “Party Challenges” tab in the promotions section within 3 days of the Reward being awarded to the Eligible Player. If not accepted within this timeframe, the Reward shall no longer be offered to the Eligible Player.

2.8 Once accepted, a Reward will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account instantly.

3. Cash Rewards Terms and Conditions

3.1 Cash Rewards won from a Challenge as part of the “Party Challenges” feature will be credited to players accounts as soon as the it has been accepted by the player.

3.2 Cash rewards may be withdrawn by players at any time.

4. Tournament Dollars Rewards Terms and Conditions

4.1 Tournament Dollars (“TD’s”) won from a Challenge as part of the “Party Challenges” feature:

1. will be of a varying value. The value of the TD’s can be found by hovering over your account balance;<
2. may only be used on poker tournaments on partypoker;
3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and 
4. cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Tournament Ticket(s) Rewards Terms and Conditions

5.1 Tournament Ticket(s) (“TT’s”) won from a Challenge as part of the “Party Challenges” feature:

1. will be of a varying value. The value of the TT’s can be found on the TT itself, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the poker software;
2. will allow entry into one (1) selected tournament, series or championship. The specific tournament the TT may be used for will be specified on the TT itself, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the poker software;
3. will be subject to an expiry date or expiry period. Details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the poker software. Unused TT’s will expire at the end of the expiry date or expiry period and will be removed from a players account;
4. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and

e.cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. SPINS Ticket Rewards Terms and Conditions

6.1 SPINS Tickets won from a Challenge as part of the “Party Challenges” feature:

1. will be of a varying value. The value of the SPINS Ticket can be found on the SPINS Ticket itself, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the poker software;
2. will only be available to use on SPINS tournaments;
3. be subject to an expiry date or expiry period. Details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the poker software. Unused SPINS Tickets will expire at the end of the expiry date or expiry period and will be removed from a players account;
4. Cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
5. Cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Bonus Rewards Terms and Conditions

7.1 A bonus won from a Challenge may only be used on poker. The bonus cannot be used on Heads up games and any wagering on Heads up games will not count towards the Requirements (as defined below).

7.2 A bonus won from a Challenge as part of “Party Challenges” will be a withdrawal restricted bonus i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Requirements (as defined below) are satisfied.

7.3 The bonus will be displayed as a restricted amount and will be visible under ”bonuses” in the promotions section of a players account until the Requirements have been met.

7.4 The requirements to release the bonus are as follows:

1. the bonus must be wagered 4 times in points. Each $1 raked will generate 1 point;
2. the bonus must be placed on poker products only; 

(the “Requirements”)

7.5The Requirements must be met within 28 days from the date the bonus was placed in any Eligible Player’s account (the “Time Limit”). 

7.6 An Eligible Player shall lose the bonus amount and any winnings from the bonus, if the Requirements are not satisfied within the Time Limit.

7.7 All winnings resulting from the bonus shall be credited as cash.

7.8Players can view bonuses and their progress for meeting the Requirements in the bonus section of the player’s account.

8. General Terms applying to Rewards

8.1 partypoker reserves the right to withdraw any Challenges or Rewards from anyone who does not qualify, or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Where partypoker suspects that a player is guilty of promotional abuse or fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the “Party Challenges” feature or any Challenge (and remove any Rewards issued), and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the “Party Challenges” feature and any Challenge pending further investigation.

8.3 We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play in accordance with our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
