How do I sign up?

Sign up to partypoker on the website and/or client! Enter a few basic details and pick a username to move on to the next stage!

How to log in / recover lost password

Enter your username and password in the relevant fields when you access the app. If you cannot remember your password, click the 'forgot password' link

Where can I find the tournament? (desktop)

Step 1: Select the 'Tourneys' tab in the poker client. Step 2: Select the search bar. Step 3: Search for your tourney!

Where can I find the tournament? (mobile app)

Go to 'tournaments', tap 'filter' (located in the top right) and a list of tournaments will display! You can unselect 'all', and select 'restricted' or search for specific tourneys.

What is the welcome bonus?

How do I receive my bonus?

Your tickets will be automatically credited to your account following a successful first deposit. Minimum first deposit is £10.

What can I spend it on?

You can use your MTT tickets in any of our tournaments. SPINS tickets can be used for SPINS games, found via the SPINS lobby.

How long do I have to use my welcome tickets?

Tickets expire seven days after they've been issued.
