These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Road to Partypoker Tour” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.  

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD  

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 24.02.2025 to 20.04.2025.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION  

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account; 
   2. are over 18 years old; 
   3. have downloaded our poker client; and 
   4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions. 

   (an “Eligible Player”)  

3. This Promotion is available to players resident in the UK and Ireland. 
4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. The list of restricted countries can be found HERE. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION   

5. Eligible Players can access the Promotion by clicking on the Website “Offers” tab. 
6. In order to participate, Eligible Players are required to opt-in once to the Promotion and start participating in the challenges by accumulating points to reach the relevant targets (as per table at term 12). 
7. Eligible Players will collect 1 point for every $1 in rake from all games in all buy-ins. 
8. Every time an Eligible Player reaches a points target (see table below at term 12), they will receive a reward, as detailed in table below at term 12. 
9. Rewards are tournament tickets (the “Tickets”). 
10. The Tickets are non-exchangeable and must be used at the specified events. 
11. Tickets for Partypoker Tour Path Round 2 to 4 will expire 1 month after the issue date. 
12. Tickets for Live events will expire on 31.12.2025.

TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

14. The value of the Tickets will be shown on “MY TICKETS” section.
15. Tickets can be used for the games mentioned on “MY TICKETS” section.
16. Tickets must be used before the expiry date indicated on “MY TICKETS” section otherwise they will expire and not be re-issued.
17. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
18. Tickets cannot be transferred.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS  

19. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).  
20. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes. 
21. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation. 
22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions. 
23. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
