Terms and Conditions

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “SPINS Diamond Club Challenges” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 02.09.2024 at 00:00 CET to 31.12.2024 at 23:59 CET.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

1. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years old;
3. have downloaded our poker client; and
4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.
2. This Promotion is not available to players resident in Austria, Mexico, Chile or Peru.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. The list of restricted countries can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. Eligible Players can access the SPINS Diamond Club challenges by clicking on the Website “Offers” tab.
5. In order to participate, Eligible Players are required to opt-in to the Promotion and start participating in the challenges by accumulating points to reach the relevant targets (as per table at term 12).
6. Eligible Players will collect 1 point for every $1 in tournament fees from SPINS Overdrive games in all buy-ins.
7. Every time an Eligible Player reaches a target, they will receive an instant reward.
8. All rewards are credited as cash and have no wagering requirements.
9. If an “Eligible player” has played SPINS Overdrive games during promotional period before opt-in, this activity will be taken into consideration and points will be added after opted-in.
10. The maximum cashback reward that Eligible Players can receive from the SPINS Diamond Club challenges during the Promotional Period will be 45% ($22,500).
11. If at the end of the Promotional Period the number of points accumulated by the Eligible Player falls between two targets, Eligible Players will receive the cash reward associated with the last target they have reached. The remaining points will be forfeited. For example, if the player has earned 2,750 points, he will receive $375 for the reward associated with the 2,500 target, and the remaining 250 points will be forfeited and not re-issued.

The cash rewards are shown in $(USD), however If the Eligible Player’s Website account is not in $(USD), the values will be calculated according to the currency of the account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

13. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
14. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
15. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
