These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Party Cases” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 02.09.2024 unitl further notice. 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account; 
   2. are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada); 
   3. have downloaded our poker client; and 
   4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions. 

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. The list of restricted countries can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION  

4. Eligible Players can access to Party Cases by clicking on the Website “Offers” tab. 
5. In order to participate, Eligible Players are required to opt-in to the Promotion and start participating in the challenges by accumulating points to reach the relevant targets (as per table at term 11). 
6. Eligible Players will collect 1 point for every $1 in fees from all poker games in all buy-ins. 
7. Every time an Eligible Player reaches a target, they will unlock a reward instantly. 
8. All rewards are credited as a pick in a themed “pick a box”. 
9. The maximum value reward that Eligible Players can receive from the during the Promotional Period is $1000.
10. If at the end of the Promotional Period the number of points accumulated by the Eligible Player falls between two targets, Eligible Players will receive the cash reward associated with the last target they have reached. The remaining points will be forfeited. For example, if the player has earned 1.25 points, they will receive the reward associated with the 1 point target, 0.25 points will be forfeited and not re-issued.
11.  Rewards will be tiered in 4 Levels:
    1. Basic
    2. Bronze
    3. Silver
    4. Gold
12. The targets and the rewards for this Promotion are detailed in the table below:

13. The Points are non-transferable, and do not have any substitute value other than set out in these Cashback Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REWARDS

14. To claim a reward, Eligible Players must:
    1. login and access Party Cases from the Website Offer Page. 
    2. click on one of the “Reward case” (or tap screen on Mobile Web/App).
    3. The reward will always reveal a prize. 
15. Prizes which can be won participating in Party Cases include Tournament Tickets, P$, Loyalty points for Cashback and Cash. 
16. Prizes are non-transferable. 
17. Maximum one ‘pick’ per target per week.
18. Every spin for the wheel expires 7(seven) days after its issuance.

TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

19. The value of the Tickets will be shown on the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Player wins this prize. 
20. Tickets can be used for the games mentioned in the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Players win this prize.
21. Tickets must be used in the first 7(seven) days after being issued, they will expire and not be re-issued. 
22. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. 

POKER DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

23. P$ awarded as part of this Promotion:
    1. will be credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account automatically at the end of the Poker Tournament;
    2. will allow entry into any poker game except heads-up games;
    3. won’t have an expiry date;
    4. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    5. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

24. Cash prizes will be credited to the winners’ accounts once the tournament is over. 
25. Cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment they are credited onto the Eligible Player’s account. 
26. Cash prizes do not have an expiry date.

Cashback Points Rewards Terms and Conditions

27. Cashback Points won from “Party Cases” feature:
    1. may be of varying value 
    2. will contribute towards weekly cashback payouts 
    3. general cashback terms and conditions apply 
    4. By taking part in this Promotion, you agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions;.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

28. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
29. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
30. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
