PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) every day from 18^th June 2023 (00:00 CET) until 1^st July 2023 (22:59 CET) (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:

• have a verified Website account;
• are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
• have downloaded our poker client; and
• are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
   1. opt-in via the ‘Offers’ section in their Website account; and
   2. complete three Challenges during the Promotional Period. The Challenges games and minimum buy-in/minimum stakes are detailed in the table below:

5. After completing the three Challenges, an Eligible Player will receive a ticket (the “Ticket”) to The Grand Prix Bratislava Package Freeroll (the “Freeroll”).

6. The Ticket will be found in the ‘My Tickets’ section of the Website account and it will be used to enter the Freeroll.

7. The Freeroll will take place on Sunday 2^nd July 2023 at 19:00 (CET).

GRAND PRIX BRATISLAVA FREEROLL SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

8. The winner of the Freeroll will be awarded a Package worth €1,500 (the “Package”) to attend the upcoming Grand Prix Bratislava Poker Festival running from 18^th to 23^rd July 2023 at the Card Casino in Bratislava, Slovakia (the “Event”)

PACKAGE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

9. The Package includes:
   • €550 Grand Prix Main Event buy-in (paid by the Promoter).
   • 6-night stay in a four-star hotel, worth €700 (paid by the Promoter).
   • €250 allowance for expenses (credited to the winner’s Website account, according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment).
10. The Promoter will send a notification email to the winner within 72 hours following the end of the Freeroll. The email will include instructions on how to claim the Package.

11. The winner will be required to pass age and ID verification to access the Event.

12. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of the winner to attend the Event.

13. The Promoter will not be responsible for any cancellation or alterations to any element of the Event that is outside of the Promoter’s control.

14. The Package does not include transportation to the Event. It will be the winner’s responsibility to arrange transportation.

15. The Package is s non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

16. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

17. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.

18. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
