Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Micro Series promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 16^th of February 2025 until 2^nd of March 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

3. This Promotion is available to real money customers of partypoker.com (the “Website”) who
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old (over 19 years old in Canada);
   3. have downloaded our poker client; and
   4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their website account can be found HERE.

MICRO SERIES TOURNAMENTS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

5. The tournaments which are part of this tournament series have a fixed buy-in (min $0.22, max $22).  This buy-in can be covered using the following methods:
   1. Cash
   2. Poker Dollars (“P$”)
   3. Tournament Tickets.

6. The total cumulative value of the prize pool for the Poker Tournaments over the Promotional Period will be $500K with a $60K guaranteed Mystery Bounty prize pot for the Main Event, taking place on 2^nd March 2025.
7. Prizes for this event will be paid in cash.
8. Full details of the Micro Series Tournaments will be provided in the Tournament lobby before the Eligible Player enters the Tournament.
9. Almost all Micro Series Tournaments will have qualifying events (the “Satellites”). Buy-in will be required for Satellites, as displayed in the Poker Lobby.
10. Some Micro Series Tournaments may allow Eligible Players re-entry upon elimination. More information on re-entry will be provided in the tournament lobby.

POKER DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

11. Poker Dollars:
    1. allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games).
    2. do not have an expiry date.
    3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    4. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

TOURNAMENT TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

12. All tickets are non-transferrable.
13. There will be two types of tickets, which could be won in Satellites:
    1. Tickets that allow access to multiple tournaments (e.g. winners will be able to choose one of these tournaments)
    2. Tickets that only allow access to one tournament.
14. If the tickets won in Satellites allow access to multiple Tournaments:
    1. For events which have one re-entry, Eligible Players may win up to two (2) tickets per starting flight (Day 1A, Day 1B, etc.) where these tickets can be used for one (1) initial buy-in and one (1) re-entry.
    2. For events with two re-entries, Eligible Players may win up to three (3) tickets per starting flight (Day 1A, Day 1B, etc.) where these tickets can be used for one (1) initial buy-in and two (2) re-entries.
    3. In any event, at least one (1) ticket must be used to enter the specific starting flight stated on the ticket (the “Target Event”). In cases where no tickets are used in the Target Event, all ticket(s) held for that flight will be forfeited and no ticket, cash or poker dollar alternatives will be offered.
    4. If an Eligible Player has two (2) or more tickets for a specific starting flight and exits the starting flight BEFORE the registration period has closed, the Eligible Player MUST use the subsequent ticket(s) for re-entry in the same specific starting flight. 
    5. If an Eligible Player has two (2) tickets for a specific starting flight and exits the starting flight AFTER the registration period has closed, the second ticket will be made available for use in any subsequent starting flights. If no subsequent starting flight is available, the ticket will be converted to a generic ticket of the same value. The Ticket will be subject to expiry, as shown in the “My Tickets” section of the Website account.
    6. If an Eligible Player has two (2) tickets for a specific starting flight and makes Day 2 of the Tournament via the specific starting flight with the first ticket, the second ticket will be forfeited, and Eligible Players will receive the equivalent of the ticket value in poker dollars.
15. The above terms apply only to the first two (2) tickets held by any Eligible Player for any specific starting flight for flights with single re-entry or three (3) tickets held by any Eligible Player for any specific starting flight for flights with double re-entry.
16. Any Eligible Player holding more than two (2) tickets to a specific starting flight must use any subsequent tickets (3^rd ticket onwards) to enter or re-enter subsequent flights of the same event where applicable. Where the maximum number of tickets have been used by an Eligible Player in a specific flight, the 3^rd ticket won onwards will be converted for use in any subsequent available flight whether the player has already qualified for Day 2 or not. Where there are no subsequent flights available in the same event the subsequent tickets (3^rd ticket onwards) will be forfeited and no ticket, cash or poker dollar alternatives will be offered.
17. If the tickets won in Satellites only allow access to one Tournament:
    1. Eligible Players may win up to two (2) tickets for the target event where the intention is to use these tickets for one (1) initial buy-in and one (1) re-entry.
    2. In any eventuality, at least one (1) ticket must be used to enter the specific target event stated on the ticket. In cases where no tickets are used in the target event the ticket(s) will be forfeited and no ticket, cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.
    3. If an Eligible Player holds two (2) tickets and exits the target event BEFORE the late registration period has closed; the player MUST use the second ticket for a re-entry in the same target event. Failure to use the second ticket when registration is still available will result in the ticket being forfeited. In this instance, no cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.
    4. If an Eligible Player holds two (2) tickets and exits the target event AFTER the registration period has closed; the second ticket will be converted to a ticket for a future Micro Series event of the same value.
    5. 3rd tickets and onwards won for the same target event will be automatically forfeited and no tickets, cash or tournament dollar alternatives will be offered.

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

18. All cash prizes will appear in USD. The winners will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
19. Cash prizes will be credited to the winners’ accounts once the Tournament is over.
20. Cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment they are credited onto the Eligible Player’s account.
21. Cash prizes do not have an expiry date.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

22. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
23. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
24. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
