PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS TOURNAMENT ENTRY. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Fast Forward Leaderbaords” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) each day from 18:00 GMT/BST until 22:00 GMT/BST (the “Qualifying day”) from 27^th February 2023 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
   • have a verified Website account;
   • are over 18 years old (over 19 years old for Canada);
   • have downloaded our poker client;
   • are eligible to receive Website Promotions; and
   • have a cashback boost status of over 30% only.

(an “Eligible Player”) 

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must play fastforward games during a Qualifying Day.

5. Eligible Players who play fastforward games will be awarded points (“Leaderboard Points”) upon exit of the specific fastforward game towards a fastforward Leaderboard (defined below) during that Qualifying Day.
6. There are two “fastforward Leaderboards” running each Qualifying Day during the Promotional Period as follows:

$0.25/$0.50 and below

7. Eligible Players who have accumulated enough Leaderboard Points throughout the Qualifying Day will be entered on the relevant fastforward Leaderboard.
8. Eligible Players who have reached a fastforward Leaderboard, will have their usernames displayed on the leaderboard table. By participating in a fastforward game, Eligible Players acknowledge that their usernames may be listed on a Fast Forward Leaderboard.
9. Eligible Players who place in a fastforward Leaderboard ranking at the end of the Qualifying Day will receive a reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per fastforward Leaderboard will be detailed on the fastforward Leaderboard promotional page. 
10. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of points on a fastforward Leaderboard (a “Tie”), those players will get the highest rank reward and the next ranks with the same points will be removed.
11. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) reward per fastforward Leaderboard per Qualifying Day.
12. Leaderboard Points are generated by using the following formula:

$1 paid in rake = 4 points

13. Only points generated from participating in fastforward No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Hold’em cash games during the Qualifying Day will count towards this Promotion.
14. The fastforward Leaderboard and all Leaderboard Points that Eligible Players have accumulated, will reset at the end of each Qualifying Day.
15. Leaderboards Points do not count towards the weekly cashback programme.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

16. All rewards will be paid in partydollars (“P$”)
17. Partydollars (“P$”)awarded as part of this promotion:
    • will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account within 48hrs after each Qualifying Day ends;
    • will allow entry into entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games). Details specified HERE.
    • will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue
    • cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
    • cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

18. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from their offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
