Q. Do I need a PartyPoker account to play the event?

A. You don’t need an online account to play live Poker, however you will need one to a rank on the Leaderboard. If you don’t have an account, you can register one during an event. Talk to one of our staff onsite!

Q. Is there an agreement I need to sign to play at The PartyPoker Tour?

A. Yes. You will need to sign a waiver form. For more details, enquire at the specific event venue.

Q. How old do I have to be to participate?

A. 18+. Please bring I.D. as we operate a Challenge 25 policy.

Q. How can I play?

A. You can qualify in one of the following three ways:

  • Play weekly freerolls to claim your spot.
  • Join online satellites starting at just £0.20.
  • Register directly at the venue, paying the relevant buy-in.

Q. How will I be paid if I win?

A. You can receive your pay out by cash (up to £10k), bank transfer, cheque or have your win paid directly into your PartyPoker account.

Q. Will I need a special identification to enter the Casino?

A. Yes just any form of registered I.D, such as a valid passport or driver’s license.

Q. Will I appear anywhere?

A. It’s possible. The event is live streamed, including a featured “TV” table. All players will have to sign a waiver form before the game starts. Any players who do not sign the waiver form will not be allowed to participate in the event. Only players who are aged over 25 and look over 25 will appear in promotional marketing linked to the Live Events.

Q. I won a package for The PartyPoker Tour via the Partypoker Tour Path but I cannot attend the Live Event anymore.

A. You can choose to use your package to play any other PartyPoker Live Event in the calendar. Please contact us and we will be happy to register you.

PartyPoker Tour - Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction Welcome to the PartyPoker Tour!
    These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the PartyPoker Tour events and related activities. By entering and engaging in the tour, you agree to comply with these terms, ensuring a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all players.
  2. Eligibility
    To participate in the PartyPoker Tour, you must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. You don’t have to be a registered player on the PartyPoker platform to play PartyPoker Tour, however it helps to have an account if you want to make your experience more enjoyable with perks and added benefit during the event.
  3. Tournament Structure
    The PartyPoker Tour consists of a series of live poker festivals, each with its own set of tournaments and prize pools. Players can participate in a range of events, including the Main Event, side tournaments, satellites, and more. Each festival will feature a unique schedule of events, and detailed information about each event, including the dates, buy-ins, prize pools, and formats, will be made available on the PartyPoker website ahead of each festival.
  4. Leaderboards and Points
    Points are awareded by finishing in top positions in each event. The number of players and buy in, in each tournament will influence the points distribution, with larger tournaments and buy in offering more points. The points you accumulate over the course of the tour will determine your standing on the leaderboard.
  5. Conduct and Fair Play
    All participants must adhere to PartyPoker’s code of conduct. Any form of cheating, collusion, or other unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the tour and may lead to further penalties, including suspension of the player’s PartyPoker account. Players are expected to respect fellow competitors and abide by the rules set out by PartyPoker at each event.
  6. Disqualification and Rule Violations
    Failure to follow the rules, or any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or tournament outcomes, will result in disqualification from the PartyPoker Tour. PartyPoker reserves the right to remove players from the tour at its discretion for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Decisions and Disputes
    PartyPoker’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, tournament results, leaderboard rankings, and eligibility will be final and binding. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact PartyPoker’s support team for resolution. PartyPoker will review disputes and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
  8. Event Modifications and Cancellations
    PartyPoker reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event within the PartyPoker Tour series for reasons including but not limited to logistical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or technical difficulties. In such cases, PartyPoker will make reasonable efforts to notify players of any changes and provide alternatives when applicable.
  9. Privacy and Data Protection
    By participating in the PartyPoker Tour, players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with PartyPoker’s privacy policy. This information may be used for event organization, communications, marketing, and for awarding prizes. Players have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  10. Liability
    PartyPoker will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the PartyPoker Tour. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, personal injury, or property damage. PartyPoker is not liable for technical failures, delays, or other issues beyond its control that may affect participation in the Tour.
  11. Amendments to Terms
    PartyPoker reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to players via the PartyPoker website, and continued participation in the Tour constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  12. General Terms
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PartyPoker operates.
    • In case of any inconsistencies between these Terms and the official rules of specific events, the event rules shall take precedence.
  13. Tournament Registration and Starting Stacks
    • Players registering after a tournament begins will receive a full starting stack.
  14. Prohibited Tools & Software
    • Players cannot use GTO solvers, AI tools, or similar aids during play. Assistance from spectators with such tools is also banned.
  15. Media Policy and Waiver Form
    1. All participants must sign a waiver form accepting PartyPoker's media policy. By doing so, players agree to the use of their name, image, and video footage for global distribution, including live streaming, highlights, and television broadcasts.
    2. Players at the TV table must adhere to additional conditions:
      1. No Mobile Devices:Phones, tablets, and laptops are prohibited at the TV table.
      2. Commentary Disclaimer:The opinions of commentators or guests during broadcasts are their own and do not represent PartyPoker's views.
  16. Payout Structure
    1. Players qualifying or buying in online via PartyPoker will receive payouts directly to their PartyPoker account within 14 days of the festival's conclusion. Wire transfers are processed within 10 days.
    2. Players buying in with cash at the venue may choose their payout method.
  17. Tournament Buy-ins and Re-Entries
    1. The Main Event has a £500 buy-in.
    2. Seats won through live satellites are valid only for the specific event they were won for, while those from online satellites can be used for any 2025 PartyPoker Tour tournament.
  18. Ticket Usage and Refunds
    1. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Unused tickets will be forfeited.
  19. Satellite Schedule
    1. Online satellites begin on January 20, 2025.
    2. Two types of satellites will be available:
      1. Full Package:Includes buy-in and expenses.
      2. Seat Only:Covers tournament buy-in.
    3. Players can use their PartyPoker account balance for tournament buy-ins.
  20. Filming and Broadcast Rights
    1. PartyPoker live events are filmed for live streaming and potential TV production. By participating, players grant global rights for PartyPoker to use their image, name, and play footage.
    2. TV table play is broadcast with a short delay. Players cannot opt out of this coverage.
  21. Failure to Adhere to Terms
    1. Breaching these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification without refund or financial compensation.

Event Rules

Seating, Table Balancing & Final Table Configuration

  • Random Seat Allocation: Players are randomly assigned seats and must play from their designated spot. Those mistakenly seated elsewhere will move to the correct position with their existing chip stack.
  • Final Table Rules:
    • 10-handed events: Final tables seat 10 players.
    • 9-handed & 8-handed: Final tables seat 9.
    • 7-handed & 6-handed: Final tables seat 7.
    • No table will host more than 10 players, excluding heads-up events.

Player Conduct & Penalties

  • Warnings & Enforcement: Actions like soft play, disruptive behavior, or cheating may result in escalating penalties, from verbal warnings to disqualification.
  • In-Penalty Behavior: Penalized players must leave the table, with blinds and antes deducted. Cards dealt to them will be folded automatically.
  • Personal Hygiene: Players with disruptive hygiene or health issues must address concerns raised by tournament staff to remain eligible.

Media & Broadcasting Requirements

  • Participants agree to appear in live streams and broadcasts, showing hole cards on camera. Refusal to comply may result in penalties.
  • Use of electronic devices at TV tables is prohibited.

Prize Adjustments, Cancellations & Deals

  • Prize Pools: Up to 4% of the prize pool is withheld for event staff.
  • Event Adjustments: Events may be canceled or modified if unforeseen circumstances occur, including natural disasters or insufficient player turnout.
  • Deal Making: Permitted during final tables, with at least 10% of the prize pool reserved for continued play. All deals are logged publicly.

  • Players cannot use GTO solvers, AI tools, or similar aids during play. Assistance from spectators with such tools is also banned.
